Refund Policy for Car Parts

At Euroline Auto, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. To support this commitment, we have established the following refund policy:

30-Day Exchange or Store Credit Guarantee

  • Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit: You may return any car parts purchased from us within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different part, you can exchange your item for an alternative product of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer not to exchange, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at 916-850-0092 to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  3. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue store credit within 3-5 days.

Exclusions

  • This policy does not apply to items that have been installed, used, or damaged.
  • Special orders or clearance items may not be eligible for exchange or return.
