    At Euroline Auto, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. To support this commitment, we have established the following policy:

    30-Day Return Policy

    • Original sales receipt required for returns.
    • No returns after 30 days.
    • Core charges are refundable if the core is returned within 30 days.
    • Parts must be in original condition
    • No returns or refunds one electrical items, store credit is given at the sales manager’s discretion.

    Warranty Terms

    • Arrpoval required from Euroline Auto for repairs or replacements.
    • Labor included only if specified on invoice.
    • Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original customer only.
    • Som parts (e.g., glass, accessories) not covered.
    • Vehicle maintenance and installation procedures must follow manufacturer’s guidelines to keep warranty valid.
    • Warranty is voided if part is used in commercial, racing, or off-road applications, or if installation instructions are not followed.
    • Engine, transmission, and other parts subject to specific maintenance requirements.

    6 Month or 180-Days Mechanical Warranty

    • Covers defect-related failures, with repair, replacement, or refund at Euroline Auto’s discretion.
    • Labor is not included unless stated.
    • Installation must be done by certified techinican.
    • Warrty limited to the price paid for the part.

    Limitations

    • No liability beyond the cost of the part.
    • Used auto parts have no implied warranty beyond the six-month period.
    • Liability limited for recycled airbags and seatbelts; incorrect installation can cause serioues injury.
    • Euroline Auto is not responsible for transportation or securing products.
