- Most items ship within 24 hours of payment; items paid for on the weekend or holidays ship on the following business day.
- Any free shipping we offer is for the continental United States only. If you are from Hawaii, Alaska, or a Territory of the United States, please request a shipping total before bidding and we will do our best to keep the cost low.

Warranty & Returns
- Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit: You may return any car parts purchased from us within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Exchanges: If you need a different part, you can exchange your item for an alternative product of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
- Store Credit: If you prefer not to exchange, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- This policy does not apply to items that have been installed, used, or damaged.
- Special orders or clearance items may not be eligible for exchange or return.
